1. Who we are

This site is operated by LEGAL ENTITY NAME, registered at REGISTERED ADDRESS, company number COMPANY NUMBER. For anything in this policy you can reach us at support@linkedia.org or on Telegram at @linkediaorg.

2. What we collect and why

• Your email address — to send your receipt, invoice and order tracking link. Without it we cannot confirm your order.
• Billing details (name, optional company, address, postal code, country, optional VAT/Tax ID) — legally required to issue a valid invoice.
• Order details — the public LinkedIn URL you paste, the service and the quantity. We need these to deliver what you paid for.
• Payment details — see section 4. Full card numbers never reach our servers.
• Technical data — IP address, browser and pages visited, recorded in server logs for security and troubleshooting.

We do not collect your LinkedIn credentials. There is no login step and no browser extension. Everything we do runs from the public URL you provide.

3. Cookies and analytics

The site sets no advertising cookies and no cross-site trackers.

• Your cookie choice is stored in your browser's local storage under linkedia_consent. This is not a cookie and is never sent to us.
• Google Analytics 4 (G-G975EJJN14) measures anonymous usage. IP anonymisation is on.
• Yandex Metrica (112046079) measures usage and records anonymised session replays (Session Replay / Webvisor) so we can find broken steps in the order flow. The entire checkout layer is excluded from recording — billing details and card fields are never captured, in any form.

Neither script is loaded at all until you press Accept. If you press Decline, nothing loads and any existing analytics cookies are deleted.

International transfer. Yandex Metrica is operated by a company outside the EEA and your usage data is processed there. There is no EU adequacy decision covering that transfer. If you are not comfortable with this, press Decline — the site works exactly the same either way.

You can change your mind any time using the Cookie settings link in the site footer.

4. Payment data

We accept two payment methods.

• Card. Card details are entered on a payment form and transmitted directly to our card processor, CARD PROCESSOR NAME, over an encrypted connection. We receive back only a token, the card brand and the last four digits, which appear on your receipt. Full card numbers, expiry dates and CVC codes are never stored on our servers.
• Crypto. Crypto payments are handled by Cryptomus. You are taken to their checkout, and we receive only the payment status and transaction reference. We never see your wallet keys, and we do not store wallet addresses beyond what appears on the payment record.

5. How long we keep it

• Order and invoice records: RETENTION PERIOD, or as long as tax law requires in our jurisdiction.
• Server logs: LOG RETENTION.
• Analytics data: retained by Google according to the property's configured retention setting.

6. Who we share it with

Only the parties needed to run the service:

• Our card processor and Cryptomus, for taking payment.
• Google and Yandex, for analytics — only if you accepted.
• Our email provider, to send receipts and invoices.
• Our delivery partner, which receives the public target URL and quantity — never your email or billing details.

We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for advertising.

7. Your rights

If you are in the EU, EEA or UK you can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or object to it. Write to support@linkedia.org and we will answer within 30 days. You may also complain to your national data protection authority.

8. Changes

If we change this policy we update the date at the top. Material changes will be announced on the site.
